Shoplifting & Theft Prevention Class

3-Hour Court-Approved Shoplifting & Theft Prevention Class

If you’ve been caught shoplifting at stores like Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, or others, you may be required to take this class. Courts also mandate this course for charges like:

  • Theft by Receiving
  • Theft by Deception
  • Auto Theft
  • Identity Theft
  • Theft by Taking and more

Why This Class Matters

Shoplifting and theft can become a habit or even an addiction if not addressed. Many people steal multiple times before facing consequences, making it easier for the behavior to continue. Courts across the U.S. recognize this issue and are now requiring theft prevention classes as an early intervention.

We provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can discuss your experiences, understand the reasons behind shoplifting, and learn ways to break the cycle. If you’ve been charged with shoplifting, you may need to complete a 3-hour theft prevention class as part of your plea or probation requirements in Georgia. However, in some cases, the court may require 5–15 hours of training, and we’re happy to create a program that meets your needs.
